Harbourline engagements are time-boxed. We are guests in your operation, not a permanent layer of management. The stages below describe a typical Operations Health Review; workshops and clinics compress the same ideas into fewer days.
Discovery call
Forty-five minutes to hear constraints, peak seasons, and whether a review, workshop, or clinic fits. If we are not the right firm, we say so.
Scope & dates
We confirm sites, shifts, interview lists, and access needs. You receive a written scope with inclusions, exclusions, and fees before anything is booked.
Observe & listen
We walk the order path, sit in on a planning huddle when useful, and interview the roles that carry the work — not only the people who booked us.
Pressure-test
Findings are tested in a working session with supervisors before the formal readout. Weak ideas die here; useful ones get sharper language.
Readout & handback
Leadership and team leads receive a ranked backlog and a 90-day outline. Ownership stays with your people; we remain available for a short follow-up window if the scope includes it.
What we ask of you
Protected time for interviews, a day-to-day contact, and honesty about where politics may block a recommendation. We would rather hear the constraint early than write a plan nobody can run.
