What moves an estimate up or down
- Number of physical locations and whether night or weekend observation is required
- How many distinct product or service lines share the same people
- Whether leadership wants a board-ready pack in addition to the supervisor pack
- Follow-on facilitation after the initial engagement
How payment usually works
For reviews, we invoice a mobilisation portion to secure dates, then the balance on delivery of the findings pack. Workshops are invoiced on booking confirmation. Deposits and cancellation terms are described on our refund page.
