Operations Health Review
A flagship on-site review that maps how work moves from enquiry to fulfilment, then ranks the few changes that will stead the rhythm first.
From NZ$18,500 + GST
Who it is for
Owners and operations leads in companies roughly 15–200 people who feel the stretch of growth: more orders, more sites, or more supervisors — without a shared picture of how work should move.
Result you leave with
A one-page current-state map of the order-to-delivery path, a ranked backlog of improvements with effort notes, and a 90-day action outline your supervisors can run without us in the room.
What is included
- Kick-off with leadership to name constraints, peak seasons, and non-negotiable customer promises
- Floor and desk observation across the shifts that matter (including one early or late visit when night work drives volume)
- Structured interviews with supervisors and two or three frontline roles
- Working session to pressure-test findings before the final readout
- Written findings pack and a live readout for leadership and team leads
What is excluded
- Financial restructuring, tax advice, or employment law counsel
- Software selection or systems integration projects
- Long-term embedded management of your team
How we work
Harbourline advisors walk the path a customer order takes. We note queues, rework loops, and places where people invent private workarounds. Recommendations favour changes you can trial within a fortnight over multi-year programmes.
Preparation
Please nominate a day-to-day contact, share anonymised volume samples for a typical month, and arrange access badges for the areas we will observe. We ask that interviews are protected time — not squeezed between firefighting.
Next step
Request a discovery call so we can confirm fit, sites, and timing. If the review is larger than you need, we may point you to a shorter workshop instead.
